We operate under a strict no-refunds policy, as outlined in this statement. Please read and understand this policy before making a purchase.

Under UK law, specifically the Consumer Rights Act 2015, businesses are required to offer refunds only if goods or services are faulty, not as described, or unfit for purpose. However, this protection does not extend to change-of-mind scenarios or other discretionary reasons.

Our products/services are sold as-is, and we take all reasonable steps to ensure their quality and fitness for purpose. Once a purchase is made, it is considered final and non-refundable, except where required by law in the case of:
   1.    Faulty goods or services.
   2.    Goods or services not as described or failing to meet their intended purpose.

For digital products, per The Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013, your right to cancel or request a refund ends as soon as the product is downloaded or the service has begun.

The travel service is charged at a rate of £999.00 per hour, and by booking this service, you confirm your acceptance of these terms.
